power supplies, widely used in industrial automation control, 

military equipment, scientific research equipment, LED lighting,

GOFORD has  developed high-voltage super junction MOSFET 

using advanced multi-layer epitaxial  and injection technology 

for switching power supply applications. Therefore, it has the
