Screen in cars includes: 

Car rear window LED display:  widely used on taxi, bus and 

engineering vehicle, mainly with text content.

Roof LED lights:  more used on the top of taxi, not only playing 

the role of taxi light box, but also displaying the advertising by 

text information, acting as the mobile media.  In addition, there 

are GSM,GPRS,GPS and other car screens.

The body full color LED display: mostly used for advertisment, 

public service, performances, etc.,  in the form of videos, pictures 

and other information. The basic topology of the application is 

BUCK+ synchronization.

For this application, GOFORD has launched TRENCH and SGT 

MOSFET in 40V,60V,100V series.  It has excellent Rdson and low 

junction capacitance which can improve the efficiency and 

reliability of products.
